Our Website Design Process

You will find an exceptional and detailed level of service when you choose Brighter Media. After your initial enquiry we will arrange a face to face appointment visiting you at your premises to discuss your requirements. Our first meeting will be around you and your business, identifying your key target markets, understanding your short term and long term business goals.

We will be able to share works that we have completed in the past providing you with proven ideas and strategy based on facts and results. If you feel we are right for your business for you we will complete the first stage of your new website, which will be your complimentary home page design.

We will arrange a second visit and if you like the design that we have completed we will then give you a date of when we will start your development and at that point ask you to pay a 25% deposit. Once we have completed the website we then ask you to pay the balance giving you peace of mind and control over your web development.
