My personal dealings with yourself to do the work on our website was very enjoyable and relaxed. You obviously realised that you were dealing with someone lacking in IT knowledge and your patience was appreciated. Although you didn’t build our site we do understand the amount of work that has been done to ensure it is more easily found.
